I coach 12 athletes in a 1:1 scenario, what package should I buy?

Solution 1: You can purchase the Coach Silver package and then provide premium-level (unlimited video upload) access to your 12 clients, and you'll have the ability to add 18 more premium clients in the future.

Solution 2: You might choose to put the responsibility of the payment on your clients, rather than opting to give them premium access through your package. in this case, you might purchase just the Coach Starter package, give 5 of your 12 clients premium access, then have the remaining 7 people purchase their own Personal package.  All your clients will remain connected to you, you're simply covering the cost of premium for 5 people and letting the other 7 pay on their own.

Solution 3: Our completely free option is exactly that, totally free for you and for your client, but, you and your clients will be limited to having 10 videos in your account. You may delete videos as time goes by so that you stay below the 10 video limit, but you can keep messaging and sending videos free forever as long as you keep the number of videos below 10 per person.

I don't coach full-time, but I do work with a few people regularly, what's the most cost effective way to do that?
Our Coach Starter package is ideal for this scenario. The low monthly cost means you'll be able to send and receive as many videos as needed, along with unlimited text messages, with up to 5 people. You can downgrade or upgrade them at any time, so as clients come and go, you can adapt as well.

I coach a youth team with 15 kids and 2 assistant coaches
Our Coach Silver package would be ideal for you. All your players will have unlimited access and you can add additional people like parents or assistant coaches which can interact with the team, record and share videos and message everyone in the team.

I coach several people, but not "continuously"... that is, I provide feedback a couple times a month and help them out, how can I use OnForm?
Our Personal option will work great for this.  You can connect with an unlimited number of people through the app, but they'll be limited to 10 videos each, however, you'll be able to store unlimited videos, and you can give two of your athletes premium access which allows them unlimited videos. You can upgrade to the Coach Starter package anytime if you see that you are using it even more.

What if my client needs to stop for a while, do I have to disconnect them and lose our communications with them?
No problem, you can downgrade a client to the free mode at anytime. You won't lose videos or messages or be cutoff in any way, you'll simply be limited to sharing a maximum of 10 videos between you and that client. You might have already shared 50 videos, and you'll maintain the ability to see and view all your videos in the past. So it's just a limit to new videos only, but if your client is taking a break, no worries!

My client has decided to stop working with me, what do I do?
It's very normal that your clients will come and go, and we make it easy to manage those transitions. If you want to completely remove the client and you initially invited them, you'll want to "make them a manager" of the workspace that contains all the videos and messages you have shared with them. Tap their name and tap "Make Manager". Then, you can tap their name and tap "Remove" which will either remove them from a team, or remove them completely from your list of workspaces. By making them a manager, they will have the ability to control the workspace that contains all the videos and messages.
